DIP4Agri Final Conference – 20 June

DIP4Agri education programme will accelerate capacity building in entrepreneurship and innovation (E&I) of higher education institutions (HEI), in domains of deep tech. By providing skills that will boost the agrifood sector, this programme will help converting problems into business opportunities.

The EIT is an EU body and an integral part of Horizon Europe, the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. The EIT strengthens Europe’s ability to innovate by nurturing entrepreneurial talent to create sustainable growth and skilled jobs in Europe.

The EIT’s HEI Initiative – Innovation Capacity Building for Higher Education, helps higher education institutions build their capacity to teach innovation and entrepreneurship. This new initiative will help them boost their entrepreneurial capabilities at all levels and unlock their innovation potential with specific focus on deep tech based innovations.

PARTNERS

The DIP4Agri programme is supported by the core expertise of its academic partners (UCP, WUR and AU) in different deep tech areas (Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Robotics and Clean Tech), focusing on the agrifood sector sustainability and valorisation. To boost the cooperation between the academy and the regional technology and industrial centres, organizations working close with universities and local farmers and companies – F4S (Portugal), FME (The Netherlands) and FBCD (DK) – will provide support with their expertise on entrepreneurship and innovation transfer.
